Here are the steps:<\/p>\n
Step 1.<\/p>\n
Create SVN repository, for example, http:\/\/svn.domain.com\/myrepo<\/p>\n
Step 2.<\/p>\n
Create XCode project, Assume the project path is Documents\/iosprojects\/milkshaker<\/p>\n
Step 3.<\/p>\n
Open OS X app Terminal<\/span>\u00a0 which is command line mode.<\/p>\n Step 4.<\/p>\n In terminal, cd to the parent directory of your project directory (Documents\/iosprojects in this example)<\/p>\n cd<\/span> \/Users\/yourname\/Documents\/iosprojects<\/p>\n Step 5.<\/p>\n The most import step, svn import (NOT ADD) as following command<\/p>\n svn import -m “<\/span>New Import “<\/span> milkshaker\/<\/span> http:\/\/svn.domain.com\/myrepo<\/p>\n The syntax is<\/p>\n svn import -m “<\/span><remark message>“<\/span> <project directory>\/<\/span> <SVN URL><\/p>\n Key in the userid and password and you’re good to go.<\/p>\n Step 6.<\/p>\n After step 5 was done.<\/p>\n Open XCode app, try Source control<\/span>->Check out<\/span><\/p>\n Key in the SVN URL, userid and password to checkout the project to local directory.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n That would be all I want to share, happy SVNing !!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" I’ve been bothered by this issue for a long time.
